1. Access to the Service
Access to Midnight Invoicing's software is granted to the user upon a one-time payment, providing unlimited access to the product. This includes the ability to connect multiple Stripe accounts (up to 100) and generate unlimited invoices (up to 200,000 invoices).
Users have the option to request a full refund within 7 days of purchase.

To access certain features, you must create an account by providing accurate and complete registration information. You agree to keep this information current and accurate at all times.

Midnight Invoicing collects user email and payment information solely for the purpose of providing the Service.

4. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Ontario, Canada, without regard to its conflict of laws provisions. Any disputes arising out of these Terms or the Service shall be resolved in the courts located in Ontario, Canada, and you consent to the personal jurisdiction of such courts.

We reserve the right to modify, discontinue, or suspend, temporarily or permanently, all or any part of the Service at any time, with or without notice, and we will not be liable for any such modification, discontinuance, or suspension.

If you upload or transmit content through the Service, you grant us a worldwide, royalty-free, non-exclusive license to use, display, reproduce, and distribute such content for the purpose of operating and improving the Service. You represent and warrant that you have the necessary rights to grant this license.
You may provide suggestions, comments, ideas, or other feedback about the Service (“Feedback”).
